GOLF FITNESS GYM PROGRAMS

Our programs consist of golf-specific evaluations performed by Todd LaPlante, a Titleist Performance Institute™ (TPI) Certified Level 1 and Fitness Level 2 golf fitness professional, who will identify your physical capabilities and limitations. Based on the results of our evaluation, we will customize a golf program to address your needs.

To start, we guide you through a prescribed exercise routine specific to the assessment findings. The next step is to complete a Fitness Assessment which benchmarks your strengths and weaknesses, such as muscle imbalances, limited range of motion, and feeling loss of strength. As a golf fitness professional, we help you identify limitations in your movement patterns and design an exercise program to address them.

This screen evaluates core control, posture, and key movement patterns, identifying imbalances or restrictions that may affect your swing mechanics and performance.

Titleist Performance Institute Certified Level 1 Functional Movement Screen (FMS)

A 15-step physical screen which tests core control, upper-body disassociations, lower-body disassociation, maintaining posture, and wrist-arm set-release, specifically related to golf. The physical screen will identify if Stability / Mobility Pattern is intact or Broken within the Kinetic Body Sequence.

The Body-Swing Connection refers to the relationship between an individual’s physical capabilities identified through a physical screening process and your golf swing mechanics. Once identified, we are able to target and begin to build and correct the body to compliment your golf game.

The next step is to assess fitness and power metrics using the Titleist Performance Institute™ Fitness Level 2 fitness/power tests, generating baseline data for strength and power.

We subsequently analyze the results to assess fitness and power, including upper body, core, and lower body performance, as well as rotary power. This analysis forms the foundation for a customized golf exercise, fitness, and training program.

Warming up is an essential component of golf, whether before heading to the range or course, during a round, or as part of your golf fitness program.

We coach you through key movements—plank, pull, push, rotate, hinge, squat, and lunge—specifically tailored to golf.

Simple yet effective cardio doing short intensive running between cones, agility ladder, and hurdles to develop cardio, agility, quickness and speed. Short bursts of energy with recover periods, at your pace.
